Who I Am
I'm the founder of Vera Law Group, a boutique law firm established to provide small business owners and minority entrepreneurs with the same caliber of legal counsel usually reserved for Fortune 100 companies. I spent the first years of my career representing global businesses and Fortune 100 institutions at McGuireWoods and Reed Smith, and advocated for underserved communities as Director of the Brewer Storefront. Through these roles, I realized the importance of taking a holistic, long-term view of clients’ strategic goals. Now, I help business owners grow their business and legally protect what they have worked hard to build.
